Tata Motors has officially launched the 2026 Tata Punch facelift in India, with prices beginning at ₹5.99 lakh (ex-showroom) — marking the first major update to the popular micro-SUV since its debut in 2021.
This refreshed Punch brings a host of upgrades inside and out, blending practical enhancements with some exciting new features. Alongside design updates inspired by the Tata Punch EV, the facelift also introduces a more powerful turbo-petrol engine and expanded connectivity and safety tech.

Fresh Look & Styling
The exterior has been updated with a redesigned front fascia featuring triangular-style LED headlights, connected LED taillamps and a bolder bumper, giving the Punch a more rugged and modern stance.

Improved Engines
In addition to the existing 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol and petrol-CNG powertrains, Tata has added a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol unit (producing about 120 hp and 170 Nm) that significantly boosts performance.
Upgraded Interior & Features
Inside, the facelifted Punch retains its familiar cabin layout but comes with a refreshed design and enhanced equipment, including:
